Tidings Victoria exists to build a mobilized and growing Christ-following
community of people who love God, love others, and influence their
world on a daily basis.
- We have a dream to have a vibrant, exciting growing
church where all can be involved and can help give expression to the
love of Christ to our city.
- We have a dream to create opportunity for true friendships
to develop so that God's love will cement us together.
- We have a dream to have praise and worship that is
heavenly, God-exalting, with liberty and seeing our worship assist everyone
to experience the reality and nearness of God's presence and power for
today.
- We have a dream to have prayer meetings that are a
corporate symphony to God that under gird the spiritually-driven desires
and tasks God gives us as a congregation.
- We have a dream to see many saved in our Sunday, Youth
and Alpha meetings and through home Life Groups.
- We have a dream to see preaching bring vision, liberty,
healing, strength and motivation to all.
- We have a dream to have a New Wineskin Church, where
there is an openness to continued change for the sake of influencing
our city for Christ.
- We have a dream to see many go out from our body at
the appointed time to plant churches and join church planting teams
or to establish multiple church campuses.
- We have a dream to see many short-term missions teams
go out to minister God's love and life.
- We have a dream to see many owning the vision and
feeling a sense of responsibility for God's purposes in our community.
- We have a dream to see our community impacted by the
presence of the church. (Salvation and social action).
- We have a dream to raise up leaders who will know
God's ways and reproduce our vision in other communities.
- We have a dream to have a racially integrated church
where ethnic distinctions are of no consequence in finding any place
to minister in the church.
- We have a dream to develop a real sense of community
where compromise and apathy would be replaced by purity and passion
with a focus on excellence.
- We have a dream to see us become more of a base church
with the financial and training resources to send people out to the
nations.
- We have a dream to see different kinds of prayer efforts
of prayer teams gathering to pray for different needs... different nations.

- We have a dream to see people motivated by their passion
for God helping and inspiring each other, and in the years to come testify
it was at Glad Tidings Victoria where it all started.
- We have a dream that all God's people would worship
Him and serve Him as a royal priesthood. Each one playing their part
with anointing and power.
- We have a dream to see glory and joy in the church.

for you are our glory and joy."

in the Bible as the inspired Word of God

Living and True God, eternally existing in Three Persons, The Father,

of man by God, and in man's total depravity through sin

- We believe in the deity
of Christ, His Virgin Birth and sinless life

- We believe in the Redemption
through the blood of Christ His Bodily Resurrection, His Ascension,
and His High Priestly Ministry

- We believe in justification
by faith and the New Birth as essential for Personal Salvation

- We believe in the infilling
of the Holy Spirit, with the initial physical evidence of speaking with
other tongues, giving power for service, and manifesting the fruits
and the gifts of the Spirit

for the body as provided by Christ's death
